About the Event
Community Cat Support Network is offering limited spay and neuter surgery spaces for transport to the NWA Community Cat Project (CCP) Clinic in Farmington, Arkansas.
⚠️ Please only reserve surgery spaces if you are confident you can attend. If your plans change, cancel your reservation as soon as possible so another caregiver can use the slot. Each ticket represents one cat scheduled for surgery. If you have multiple cats, please reserve multiple surgery slots (max 5).
Animals must be brought to the CCSN warehouse during the drop-off window. CCSN volunteers will transport animals to and from the clinic.
A completed CCP clinic intake form is required for EACH cat:
